Therefore, we have designed our Return and Refund Policy to provide clear guidelines on how to handle any issues that may arise with your order.

Return Policy:

Our return policy is straightforward. We accept returns only if the package is damaged or the wrong product has been sent to you. If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product.

We do not accept returns for any other reasons, such as change of mind or incorrect order placement. We suggest that you double-check your order before submitting it to avoid any issues.

Refund Policy:

If you place an order on our website, and your payment has been deducted, you can cancel the order within 3 hours of placing it. If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, we will reimburse your payment within 7-10 working days.

Please note that refunds are not available for Next Day Delivery product categories. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
